The graph shows the reasons for students to study according to their ages, while the second graph shows the employer support also by age group. 

First of all, students under the age of 26 study for career more than they study for interest. The age between 26-29 shows that 70% students study for career and 15% students study for interest. And for the ages between 30-39 the number of students who studying for the career is 57% and the number of students who study for interest is 25% are for people aged 40-49 the numbers of students who study for career and interest are the same, both are 40%. The ages above 49 increased in the numbers of students who study for interest while the students for career decreased to 19%. The second   graph shows that the amount of employer support for those under 26 was 63% and decreased to 44% at the age of 49.

In conclusion, as they get older the number studying for career reason falls and the number studying for interest rises.
